How I Learned English in School, Then in the Chaos of Multinational Missions, and Why I Need Your Help to Perfect My Articles

As you have surely noticed, my English is far from perfect. In fact, I write my articles in French, which is my native language, and then translate them into English with the help of a spell checker.
I learned English in a school setting during my secondary education, but everyone knows that the French are far from being the most skilled in foreign languages. So, I traveled, first for six months in New Zealand when I was 18, and later for my job as a Intensivist, on numerous external missions in a multinational context.
Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could correct any mistakes I might make in my articles, whether they be spelling, grammar, or especially syntax errors.
